  • Overview

TH/THG bucket elevator is circle chain bucket elevator adopt the hybrid or gravity discharging, excavating charging. The traction parts are high quality alloy steel circle chain which has strong tensile strength and wearable resistance.

  • Features

a. Sprocket using renewable rim modular structure, long service life, rim change is simple.

b. Gravity automatic tensioning device for the bottom, can keep constant tension and avoid skid or chain take off.

c. Easy installation and maintenance, long service life.

d. Small volume, high speed and evenly conveying.

e. Hoist chain using low alloy steel forging, and after carburizing and quenching processes, and have high tensile strength and wear- resisting property.

  • Applications

It’s suitable for conveying bulk density which is less than 1.5 t/m3 and easy to take out the powder, granulated and small lump materials at the bottom of the grinding cut, such as coal, cement, gravel, sand, fertilizer, food, etc.
